Meet the Team
Oakridge Property Group is a privately-owned residential development company based in Brisbane, Queensland. It was founded by its director Andrew Niven who has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry.
Oakridge effectively manages the entire development cycle from site acquisition to market analysis, design, marketing, finance procurement and construction. Oakridge prides itself on delivering high quality and innovative projects in key locations that provide timeless and sustainable living solutions.
ANDREW NIVEN
DIRECTOR
Andrew brings with him over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to forming Oakridge, Andrew worked in development and investment lending for a major bank. Leaving the bank in 2017, he founded his own debt advisory business, specialising in property development and commercial finance.
Throughout his tenure as a banker and in debt advisory, Andrew has worked closely with a wide array of developers across South East Queensland. This first hand experience has provided him with the knowledge of what is required at each stage of a project’s life cycle to make it successful. This knowledge informs every facet of Oakridge’s developments.
SAM CLARKE
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sam brings with him experience in debt advisory, project feasibility studies and property finance analysis. Sam worked for a Debt Advisory business for 2 years before starting at Oakridge Property Group as a Development Manager.
In this capacity, Sam assists with pre-project works including site feasibility studies and conducting due diligence. Once a site has been acquired, Sam acts as the point of contact with all external consultants, councils and authorities ensuring that a project’s progress aligns with the pre-determined timeline. Throughout the back end period of a project, Sam works closely with the sales team and buyers to facilitate a seamless sell down period.
